Deliveries & Returns

When ordering in-store or Online, you're entitled to a FREE delivery for orders over £70 and under 30kg (within UK Mainland).

This does not include items on special order or products that are customised.

If orders exceed the above criteria, the shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

If you've chosen courier delivery at checkout, you'll be provided with a delivery tracking code.

If you're eligible for a local delivery, you'll receive a call the day before / morning of the delivery date to confirm a time slot.

The standard timeframe for returning unwanted items is 14 days from purchase. This does not include special order or non-refundable items.

Items must be returned in re-saleable packaging in order for the refund to be eligible.

If your item has arrived broken upon delivery, you must report it within 2 days of the delivery. Proof must also be uploaded or attached with the return form.

All Returns must be completed with a Return form stating the reasons for return.

Delivery & Returns Options:

• Home Delivery: We offer local delivery and collection directly to your desired location. Delivery fees will be determined on mileage and charge at the end of the rental period.
• In-Store Pickup: You can choose to pick up your rental equipment from our nearest store at no additional charge. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation.
• Collections: Collections must be booked either on the order day or minimum 3-days before collection is required.

Return Conditions:

• All rental items must be returned in clean and sanitary condition. This includes thorough washing and drying to ensure hygiene for the next user.
• If items are returned dirty, broken, or deemed unusable will incur fees.

Late Returns:

• A late return fee of £5 per day will be charged for items not returned on the agreed date.
