You chose us because you value Quality and would love a guarantee to protect your purchases for years to come.

All products are covered by a minimum guarantee of 12 months, with many products guaranteed up to 10 and 25 years.

Product care

Despite taking care of your items, If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault or has become defective following normal domestic use within the guarantee period it may be returned for a replacement. 'Wear and tear' and commercial use are not covered under this guarantee. Please note the guarantee does not cover deterioration due to accident, misuse, discolouration, scratches, stains or damage from overheating.

Guarantees

To make a claim, you must retain a proof of purchase i.e. receipt or order number. You must also be aware of the product care guidelines when using your product. In the event of it not being available, we will offer and like-for-like item and replace specific items, not entire sets.
